This Privacy Policy describes how Laundry Bot Dry Cleaning Services ("Company", "We", "Us") collects and uses information in the Rider (Delivery Boy) mobile application.

1. Rider Verification Process

Riders are verified physically and offline by the Company before being granted access to the Rider App. There is no public registration option within the app. Login credentials are issued only after manual identity verification.

2. Information We Collect

• Name
• Mobile Number
• Employee / Rider ID
• Login credentials

This information is used strictly for internal operational purposes.

3. Location Data

The Laundry Bot Rider App does not collect or track real-time GPS location data. No background location tracking is performed.

4. How We Use Rider Information

• To assign and manage pickup/delivery tasks
• To communicate work-related information
• To maintain internal operational records

5. Data Sharing

Rider data is not sold or shared with third parties. Information may only be shared if required by law or government authorities.

6. Data Security

We use secure server infrastructure and restricted administrative access to protect rider information from unauthorized access.

7. Account Deletion

Riders who wish to delete their account may contact the Company office directly. Account deletion requests will be processed after internal verification.
